Cancer
Anthroposophic Medicine (Switzerland/Germany)
Our treatment methods for handling one of the most insidious diseases – cancer – are guided by the study of Anthroposophic Medicine, which is a form of medicine developed in Switzerland and Germany a century ago. This method extends modern medicine in a way that harmonizes with ancient medicine based on spiritual traditions, such as Yoga and Ayurveda.
Anthroposophic medicine has been particularly successful in handling this. A key treatment that we are exploring, with a good measure of success, for cancer of all stages is Mistletoe Therapy.

Mistletoe therapy
Mistletoe therapy is at the heart of cancer therapy. Mistletoe (viscum album) has been used as a medicinal plant since ancient times, and it is a semi-parasitic plant that lives on trees and reproduces in the winter. Since 1917, mistletoe products in the form of injections have also been used in complementary cancer therapy. Mistletoe therapy acts on multiple levels:
– It boosts the immune system by multiplying and activating the immune cells.
– It can induce the process of natural cell death in tumor cells which results in the inhibition of tumor growth, without affecting normal cells.
At Healion, we help cancer patients incorporate mistletoe therapy into their regimen.
Natural Supplements
In addition to mistletoe, there are several natural supplements that help support tissue rejuvenation and growth. These include vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. We create a tailor-made combination of these supplements based on the specific needs of each individual patient, which helps the body recover from the effects of cancer.
